1.2 Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
1.3 Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

2.2 Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
2.3 Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
2.4 Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping
3.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
3.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
