Return Policy

At Northstory, every product is crafted with care and checked thoroughly before dispatch. We want you to love what you receive.

Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order:

Eligible for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at northstoryclothing@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after purchase will not be accepted.

  • Size exchanges are not available. We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. If your order qualifies for a return, contact us at northstoryclothing.com 

  2. Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.

  3. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a replacement or refund (as applicable).

 Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was incorrect or faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
